You may return your purchase within 15 days from the date of receipt. To do so, request the return via your user account, indicating the item to be returned.
PROCEDURE:
1. Go to the "Order history and details" section in your user account.
2. Select the order for which you wish to return an article.
Select the product(s) you wish to return, marking the box next to the name of the article
On completion of the form, click on the button "Create a Return Merchandise Authorisation" and your request will be sent to us.
Shipping costs resulting from changes and returns are the customer's responsibility. Always use a certified postal system when making returns to avoid any problems that may arise from the loss of the package.
